Shuttle rack system is a high-density storage system composed of racks, trolleys and forklifts. This effective storage method is to improve the utilization of warehouse space, operation efficiency, greatly shorten the working time, shuttle shelves can be first in first out or last in and out. High safety factor, reduce collision between shelf and forklift, ensure safe operation. Compared with other types of shelves, the overall investment is less.
Working Principle of Shuttle Shelf:
Inventory: Forklift trucks put the goods in front of the guide plate of the rack car lane. WAP-1 network button truck operated by wireless remote control can carry pallet goods on the guide rail.
Pick-up: shuttle truck moves pallets deep in the shelf to the front of the shelf, and forklift truck moves pallets out of the shelf.
Mobile WAP-1 buckler: Through forklift, shuttle trolley can be placed on different roads, multiple roads can share a shuttle car. The number of shuttle trucks is selected according to the factors such as the depth of the roadway, the total quantity of goods, the number and frequency of loading batches, etc. The solution of the warehouse includes a trolley pallet rack with a certain number of shelves and a trolley palletization, transportation and storage system. The utilization rate of space is over 80%.
Load: 1000-1500 kg
Working speed: no-load 0.7-0.9 m/s
Working speed: full load 0.6-0.8 m/s
Power plant: lithium manganese battery or lithium battery
Rated voltage: 24 volts
Battery life: 8-72 hours of normal use
Induction Planning: Telecontrol Induction Planning 200 meters
The scope of application of shuttle shelves:
Large quantities and few samples: large quantities of single varieties such as food, beverage, chemical industry, tobacco, etc.
Refrigeration operation: reduce low temperature operation time, improve work efficiency and safety.
Deadline processing: Warehouse with strict requirements for batch goods and FIFO operation processing requirements.
Increasing Inventory: Warehouse with Limited Storage Space and Highest Space Utilization Rate
